Membership Benefits and Criteria

The benefits of your organisation being a Centre member include being part of a community of organisations committed to corporate public affairs as a management function, and being able to participate in the full realm of the Centre’s professional development and peer to peer events. You also have unfettered access to our research and information resources, including our quarterly publication, library and website Knowledge Centre. Members attend Centre events at discounted prices.

Professional Development

The Centre develops and delivers workshops, seminars and meetings in the Asia Pacific region to explore innovations in best professional practice. These programs are a gateway to getting an informed overview of domestic and international trends and practice and to getting practical insights into and tips on how to better apply your skills.

Typical program participants include executives, managers and heads of function responsible for corporate affairs and external affairs, media relations, community relations, corporate citizenship, issues management, government relations and regulatory affairs as well as line managers from other management functions. Members attend Centre programs and events at a discounted rate. Some programs, such as telesymposiums, are free and restricted to practitioners in member companies.

Research and Information

We develop and produce research reports, papers and monographs, as well as disseminate the research and work of our international affiliates and other organisations and individuals who contribute to developing the corporate public affairs function across the world.

We publish a quarterly journal/newsletter, maintain an online knowledge centre, and our physical library. We also collect, collate and disseminate case studies and research from our member companies and organisations.

Information Exchange and Networking

The Centre is the leading organisation in the Asia Pacific that helps corporate public affairs professionals to meet, connect and build networks to share experiences and knowledge.

Our programs and events are rich in applicable knowledge. But they also serve as a forum for professionals to meet and compare 'war stories' and disseminate best practice.

If your organisation would like to join the Centre for Corporate Public Affairs, please apply for membership.
