As a Centre member, the companies you keep are committed to making sure their corporate public affairs management functions have competitive advantage. Our members include corporations, peak industry bodies and organisations from the private sector and leading government business enterprises. They recognise the relationship between public affairs and corporate strategy, and the importance of offering their corporate affairs practitioners opportunities to tap into the latest learning in the field, connect with best practice, and develop their capabilities and expertise.

All public affairs practitioners in a Centre Member company are assigned their own log in and password to access resources and register online for our executive education offerings.

Membership Benefits

Priority registration for the most extensive, practicable executive education in Asia Pacific

We deliver world-class executive education programs focused on best practice and its application in the workplace, webinars, and peer-to-peer networking and connecting events. 

Members pay discounted fees and are given priority registration.

Access to research on benchmarking, practice and function trends

Centre members have access to the best available research and writings on corporate public affairs issues and practice globally. 

This includes our triennial State of Australian Public Affairs report and our biannual Salary Survey report.

Round-the-clock key to member-only resources

The Centre’s Knowledge Centre provides round-the-clock access to Member-only resources. 

It is one of the largest and most extensive library of corporate public affairs resources globally.

Practitioners in Member entities have their own username and password for Member-only access to our online resources.

Jobs

The Centre offers Member companies a free Jobs posting service for public affairs-related positions, reaching thousands of practitioners across Asia Pacific.

This service can be used also by non-Member companies, and executive search and recruitment agencies on a fee-for-service basis.

Accreditation

All public affairs practitioners in a Centre Member company are eligible to use the post-nominal MCCPA accreditation – Member Centre for Corporate Public Affairs. As well, credit points are awarded for participation in our executive education programs. Once the requisite points are accrued, eligible practitioners are entitled to use the Centre’s certified Graduate or Fellow post-nominals.

Information Exchange and Networking

The Centre organises networking meetings exclusively for its Members, providing informal fora to engage with peers.

As well, we are able to introduce practitioners in Member companies with peers in other Centre member entities to exchange insights or discuss common challenges or situations.

Discounted Facilitation and Management Consulting Fees

The Centre provides management consulting services internationally in best practice public affairs, structure, strategy and modus operandi.

Members are offered a  discount on consulting fees, and a discounted fee for facilitation of planning/strategy days. 

Membership Fee

Annual corporate membership of the Centre for Corporate Public Affairs is $A6,000 (GST inclusive), on a financial year basis.

Membership Eligibility

Centre membership is for corporations and organisations with a dedicated and operating public affairs management function and is not open to public relations or consultancy firms.

The Centre does not offer Membership to individuals. Practitioners can only be Members of the Centre when their employing entity is a Member organisation.
