Employee Communications Officer

As an Employee Communications Officer, you will be:

- Writing, editing and proofreading multichannel content for internal audiences including news articles, newsletters, leadership messages, narratives and speeches.

- Providing copywriting and project support for internal events and employee communications campaigns.

- Evaluating content and channel effectiveness using analytics.

- Supporting communication governance and reporting.

We are looking for someone with strong writing and editing skills, including experience writing for digital platforms.

You will have experience of working within an employee communications role, supporting delivery of plans.

You will have demonstrated experience distilling complex information to create engaging content for different audiences.

Your project and/or event management experience (virtual, in person and hybrid), along with experience using web publishing software and analytics tools, webinar platforms and Microsoft SharePoint will be essential for this role.
