Amid low birth rate worries, China increases pressure on women

China seems to be reversing its oppressive familial policies, in favour of encouraging (and almost pressuring) women to undertake more traditional roles of motherhood and childbearing. In a state endorsed interview, legislator Li Huacheng criticised Western ideals for influencing China's youth, and called for the State to encourage more traditional routes for women in controversial ways...
