BlackRock warns heavy polluters over emissions data before shareholder meetings

Carbon-emitting companies must disclose the full scope of their greenhouse gas emissions or risk confrontation with investors at their annual shareholder meetings, BlackRock - the world's biggest asset manager - said on Wednesday.
