Stanford researchers identify four causes for ‘Zoom fatigue’

New research from Stanford University reveals that psychological 'Zoom fatigue' exists. The research published in the Journal of Technology, Mind and Behaviour, found Zoom fatigue has four main culprits: excessive and intense eye contact, constantly watching video of yourself, the limited mobility of being stuck at your desk, and more energy spent identifying social cues you would otherwise notice intuitively in person.
