A US Senate hearing to reform internet laws and to hold tech companies accountable, has turned into a political scuffle. Senators from both sides attacked the tech giants, calling the hearing "nonsense." The chief executives of Facebook, Twitter and Google took part in Wednesday’s hearing to argue the federal law is crucial in protecting internet companies and free expression on the internet.
