Developed for practitioners with up to two years' experience in the function, this two-day module will provide an overview of corporate public affairs, its importance, and its evolving role in business.

Participants will gain an understanding of:

  • The role of public affairs in an organisation.
  • Understanding corporate brand, reputation, and social licence to operate.
  • The fundamentals of effective issues management.
  • Collaborating with other management functions to co-produce outputs and measuring progress.
  • Role of the practitioners.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Managing your career development.
