In Australia, across Asia Pacific, in North America, and in the UK, the internal communications discipline in corporations is evolving rapidly into a management function that is increasingly sharing and is accountable for more general organisational communications, including to external stakeholders. As a management function, some large entities no longer manage separate external and internal communications teams, but manage single stakeholder communication functions.
This module will examine:
The module will be led by the Centre's Executive Director Wayne Burns, with contributions from Head of Internal Communication Guest Faculty Members Alistair Marshall from Coles Group, and Alana Steele from Transurban.
This full day module is suitable for mid-level to senior practitioners.

This module comprises five credit points (5) of the 40 points required over 36 months for practitioners to achieve/maintain their certification as a Graduate of the Centre for Corporate Public Affairs (GCCPA).
